Trendezza was started in 2009 by Jon Lariviere, who has worked in real-estate development since 1992. In that time, he has been involved in the development and construction of over 2,500 homes and condominiums across New Hampshire.
Jon Lariviere built his first home in 1992. In the years since, Trendezza has grown to be one of Southern New Hampshire’s premier builders. Now in it’s second generation with Jon’s son, Jared, joining the company, they’ve built a solid foundation that continues to provide high-quality homes at affordable prices.

Jon Lariviere has been building homes for over 30 years. In that time, he has been on the board of the New Hampshire Homebuilder’s Association, was recognized by Builder Magazine’s Fast Track to the Hall of Fame, and was Extreme Home Makeover’s first New Hampshire-based partner. Trendezza is the culmination of that experience in expert craftsmanship and he’s excited to welcome his son Jared into the fold. Jared joined the family business full-time in 2023 after spending his entire life in and around construction and real estate. He is a licensed realtor in the state of New Hampshire, holds Harvard University Certificates in Real Estate Financing and Development to go with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, and is excited for the journey ahead. When not at work you can find him on the golf course or at out on the boat at one of the many beautiful New Hampshire ponds.
